Fugu Casino terms of use
These terms set out how we, the Fugu Casino team, provide the casino and sportsbook, and what members agree to when they register. Amounts are stated in euros, with US dollar figures where they are published.
1. Operator and scope
1.1 Operator
Fugu Casino is operated by Galaktika N.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao, under a Curaçao gaming licence. The service was launched in 2026.
1.2 Services covered
The terms cover the casino, including slots, table games and live casino, as well as the sportsbook. They apply on the browser site and in the mobile apps alike.
1.3 Languages and age
The site and live chat are provided in English, German and Russian. The service is for adults aged 18 and over.
2. Accounts and verification
2.1 Registration data
A member registers with an email address and a password and completes the profile with full name, date of birth, address and phone number.
2.2 Confirmation of contacts
The email address and the phone number are both verified after registration. The details entered are compared with the identity documents when those are requested.
2.3 Document checks
We ask for documents at the first withdrawal, when total deposits pass €2,000, and when a single withdrawal exceeds €1,250. From €10,000 we also ask about the source of funds.
2.4 Accepted documents
A government-issued ID, proof of address and confirmation of the payment method are accepted. A selfie may be requested for comparison. The verification target is up to 48 hours.
3. Balances, deposits and limits
3.1 Balance currencies
Accounts are kept in EUR or USD, and ten cryptocurrencies can fund them, among them Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and USDC.
3.2 Deposits
The minimum deposit is €10 / $10. A welcome package step requires a deposit of at least €20 / $20.
3.3 Deposit routes and payout availability
Deposits are accepted by cards, e-wallets, vouchers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, Binance, Bybit and the cryptocurrencies above; the cashier shows which can also be used for withdrawals.
3.4 Withdrawal minimum
The minimum withdrawal is €20.
3.5 Daily withdrawal limits
Daily withdrawal limits follow the VIP tier: €4,000 / $4,000 on Standard and Regular, €10,000 / $10,000 on Captain, and none on Legend. The tier also sets the wagering on rakeback, as stated in clause 5.5.
4. Withdrawals
4.1 Handling time
We handle a withdrawal request within 24 hours of its submission.
4.2 Larger amounts
A withdrawal above €1,250 goes through additional verification, which may add up to 48 hours to the handling time.
4.3 Payment system time
After our handling, the payment system processes the transfer, which can take up to 3 business days.
4.4 Deposit turnover
A deposit has to be turned over before it can be withdrawn: 1x in the standard case, and a higher multiple of up to 3x can apply in some countries. A withdrawal requested before that carries a commission of 10%.
5. Bonuses
5.1 Welcome package
The package has three deposit steps: 125% up to €600 / $600, up to 500 free spins, and 125% up to €300 / $300. Each step requires a deposit of at least €20 / $20.
5.2 Wagering and caps
The cash steps are wagered 40x on the bonus amount, and the winnings from free spins are wagered 35x. Winnings from a bonus are capped at ten times the bonus amount.
5.3 Stakes and game contribution
While a bonus is being wagered, a single bet may not exceed €5. Slots count 100% towards wagering, live and table games 5% and roulette 0%.
5.4 Alternative and no-deposit offers
For some markets a single-deposit offer of 50% up to €300 / $300 is published instead, with 45x wagering. A no-deposit offer of 50 free spins is issued with a promotional code at 45x wagering and a winnings cap of ten times the bonus.
5.5 Reloads, rakeback and birthday gift
The weekly reload gives 50% up to €400 / $400 or up to 180 free spins, with 40x wagering and a cap of ten times the bonus. Rakeback is paid on daily, weekly and monthly cycles, with wagering of 7x on Standard, 5x on Regular, 3x on Captain and 1x on Legend. Live roulette is excluded from rakeback. Upper tiers receive a birthday gift whose value depends on the tier.
5.6 Sports offers
The sportsbook has a weekly free bet of up to €15 and sports cashback of up to 10%. The casino contribution rates in clause 5.3 describe casino wagering and are not applied to sports bets.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Ownership
The Fugu Casino name and the site belong to Galaktika N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 140803. Games belong to the studios that supply them, Evolution for the live tables among them.
6.2 Personal use
The site, the apps and the bonuses are for the personal play of the account holder. A bonus, free bet or reload is linked to the account that claims it.
7. Liability
7.1 Payment providers
Card payments are processed by Unionstar Limited of Cyprus, and e-wallets, exchanges, banks and blockchains are independent of us. We answer for our own handling of a payout, not for the 3 business days of the payment system or for provider charges.
7.2 Accuracy of member details
A profile detail that differs from the identity document can delay a payout, so members should keep their details accurate.
8. Changes to these terms
8.1 Bonus terms in force
The percentages, wagering multiples, caps and stake limits of this document can change with the offers. The terms of an offer in force on the day it is claimed are the ones that apply to that claim.
8.2 Notice
A change is shown on this page with a new date, and a question about a change goes to [email protected].
9. Termination
9.1 By the member
A member may close the account by writing to [email protected]. An open payout or document check is completed first.
9.2 By us
We may restrict or close an account where the verification described in clause 2 cannot be completed or where these terms are breached.
10. Governing framework
10.1 Law and licence
Galaktika N.V. is a company incorporated in Curaçao and operates the service under a Curaçao gaming licence.
10.2 Disputes
A dispute is first raised with our support team at [email protected], quoting the account email, the amount, the method and the date.
11. Responsible play
11.1 Limits and exclusion
Deposit, loss and bet limits and self-exclusion are requested in live chat or at [email protected], naming the limit type, the amount and the period. They are in addition to the daily withdrawal limit of the VIP tier.
